JORGIE PORTER is used to a bit of on-screen snogging but this week she’s flashing the flesh like never before. Hollyoaks Later is the post-watershed soap spin-off where the action gets hot. It’s not something you’d like to watch with your parents — which was a bit of a problem for Jorgie, who said her mum had one rule for her before she filmed her raciest scenes ever — “No nips!”.
This week sees Jorgie get steamy with Joel (Andrew Still).
Jorgie says: “I told my mum what I was going to be doing and she said, ‘You do what you think is necessary but at the end of the day don’t get your nipples out’! I’ve seen the pictures from the really rudey bits and they’re quite shocking.
“I think my grandma might need a cup of coffee at that point. We might have to take her out of the room, get her a cup and bring her back when it’s finished!”
Jorgie was runner-up in the last series of Dancing On Ice and plays wildchild Theresa McQueen in the Chester-set soap normally screened on Channel 4 at teatime.
She was incredibly nervous about the Later scenes, saying: “I don’t think you can ever get psyched up for something like that, ever. We’d been prepping for it the whole time, knowing it was coming up, but when we were told it was happening that day we were really shocked and nervous.
“And as we were about to start shooting, I went, ‘S***, this is a sex scene! Oh my God!’
“But at the end of the day it’s not me who’s doing that, that’s not my real boyfriend and you just have to get over the shock and get on with it. You take your robe off, quickly get into position and just try to quickly go through the motions while being very professional!
“I didn’t have anything on but Andrew had a modesty sock with a bobble on it.
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like that before, put into a sock — that was a strange one!” she laughs.
Jorgie’s boyfriend is another of her co-stars, James Atherton, and she says that makes her on-screen relationships easier to handle. “He is an actor as well, thank God, so he understands,” she says.
“With any guy who didn’t work in the same job it would be a totally different story but he’s so supportive.”
Jorgie asked Hollyoaks hottie Jennifer Metcalfe for tips, too.
“Jen gave me great advice,” says Jorgie. “She was the best person to ask, as her character Mercedes is extremely sexy.
“She said, ‘Don’t worry about it, it will be over as quick as you know it and it’s not real, no one’s judging you — just make it look good!’”
If these exclusive pictures are anything to go by, Jorgie certainly did that. And her title of Soap’s Hottest Star bestowed by FHM magazine looks safe.
But she says she looked far from sexy after filming harrowing sequences in the series. “There are some extreme scenes and I get beaten up a lot.
“It’s so violent — there is a lot of blood involved for everyone.
“I would drive home with the cuts and bruises all over my face still.
“People would look over from their cars at the traffic lights and look so worried.
“I’d pull faces and laugh and they would look so shocked. It’s great fun — everyone at work does it.”
One scary kidnap storyline from the show took place on a ghost train.
“Oh, that was an epic scene,” says Jorgie. “And I want to remind everyone that I’m in heels — and running in them is extremely hard work.
“But it was worth it because the show looks amazing. There are explosions and chases and Theresa and Joel have a relationship like Bonnie and Clyde.
“They are real badasses and they go on the run together. It was so cool to show Theresa’s wild side — she’s so raw and she really becomes a woman.
“It was great to push boundaries — go further than Hollyoaks ever has before.”
Hollyoaks Later starts tonight at 10pm on E4 and is on every night until Friday.

The third season of Shameless kicks off the evening at 9 p.m. several months after season two ended, with the Gallaghers each seeking their own version of the American dream. Homeland Star Dives Into the Dramatic
The more screwed up the life of Morena Baccarin’s Homeland character becomes, the more she likes it.
Thus far the 33-year-old Angeleno has spent a season on Showtime’s acclaimed series playing Jessica Brody, a Marine wife contending with the return of her presumed-dead P.O.W. husband (Damian Lewis)—a seeming war hero possibly turned into an Al Qaeda sleeper agent—after a romance with his closest friend, while her family is under surveillance by a suspicious CIA agent (Claire Danes), who ultimately seduces said husband. Messy, challenging, and sexy, it was an irresistible role.
“I was immediately attracted to the strife of this woman who married a military man and had to deal with his disappearance, and the fact that he was never coming home,” she says. “Suddenly the rug is ripped from underneath her. It was a wealth of emotional stuff to go through as an actor.”
As far as she’s concerned, the writers can keep piling on complications, which they’ve done for the second season. “She’s getting excited about being in political life—being a congressman’s wife,” she says. “She’s hobnobbing with D.C. celebrities, the vice president’s wife has become a good friend, and she’s getting swept up in suddenly being someone who matters. It’s fascinating to see that ambition come out.”
But performing wasn’t always Baccarin’s ambition, despite being the daughter of Brazilian actress Vera Setta. “I grew up around the arts and thought that was what normal folks do,” she chuckles. “I was going to be a scientist or a soccer player.” She attended New York’s Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performance Arts, but not for its arts programs. “On my first day, we were doing acting exercises. I just thought to myself, Oh my God—this is what I want in my life every day, always. My mom was like, ‘Well, duh.’”
After graduating from Juilliard and landing breakthrough roles on sci-fi cult favorites Firefly and V, making her a geek “It” girl (“I love science fiction fans,” she declares. “They don’t let you get by on the street without saying hello!”), she landed Homeland, a role that requires her to get more than emotionally raw, frequently playing partially nude sex scenes.
“It’s very daunting,” says Baccarin. “I felt those scenes were handled incredibly well, [with] a lot of integrity and [taste]. It wasn’t easy—it’s easier though when there’s a reason behind it.” But even artistic justification can’t calm every jangled nerve. “Like everyone else faced with having to take off their clothes, I go into panic mode and just diet. I would love to be the kind of person who says, ‘I don’t give a shit—I eat a burger and a beer every night for dinner!’ But that’s just not true.”

TIFF Capsule Review: 'Here Comes the Devil'
Forget about the penumbral lesbian sex scene at the beginning of “Here Comes the Devil” and instead focus on the intriguing if somewhat hokily developed story of a young Mexican couple (also into sex, a lot of sex), whose two children go missing near a cave in Tijuana. This isn’t a missing-persons, film however, as they turn up, apparently safe and sound, pretty soon. What follows is an increasingly tense narrative in which it becomes clear that daughter Sara (Michele Garcia) and her sibling, little Adolfo (Alan Martinez), were perhaps more impacted than it at first appears. Another feature from the prolific, Spanish-born, Latin-America based director Adrían García Bogliano (“The Cursed,” “Cold Sweat”), this seems to have been developed in something of a hurry, with the acting occasionally rough in patches. Nonetheless, the central conceit’s pretty strong and Bogliano strikes a nice balance between realism and the supernatural. Criticwire grade: C+ [Boyd van Hoeij]

Nickelodeon hoped Ms.Justice will be the next Miley and Victorious will be a popular hit but it didn't happen. They also didn't expect Ariana Grande to somewhat overshadow Vicky. Though they kept faith with Victoria and her PG-13 (not yet rated) movie Fun Size (2012) - a Halloween release - is expected to do relatively well within the certain demographic. It's the least Nickelodeon could do before cancelling Vick's show behind her back.
Victoria is expected to be on her own after the movie. That's why she been circling the L.A show wagon looking for TV-projects and maybe a stint on cable shows. 2013 is going to be a terrific year in terms of nudity. I'm not saying Victoria will be one of the nude contingent. In fact Vicky is pushing hard on her music hoping it will take off. She then have the option of juggling both acting and music at the same time. It's unlikely to happen. Entirely possible Vicky decides to take time off and go to college. Anything is conceivable with Victoria capricious nature and that's why I'm optimistic she is the type that have no issue with sex and nudity.
In her latest interview (October 2012 issue of Teen Vogue) Victoria confessed that she would be thrilled if her path intersected with that of Lena Dunham, the creator of HBO's Girls.
"I love that she's fearless and smart and really relatable," Justice says. "I love how each character is not perfect. And I love that she's not afraid for the camera to get all up in her business. I don't know if I would go as far as she does, but I respect her for it. She's awesome. I'd love to work with her."

Beware of flight passenger's straying hand
The flight attendant with Singapore Airlines (SIA) felt uncomfortable, but she wasn’t sure if the touch was intentional, or if it amounted to an outrage of her modesty.
Amy (not her real name), who is in her 30s and has been with SIA for more than five years, said the passenger would rest his elbow on the armrest whenever a stewardess walked past him.
“He would bend his arm so that his elbow protruded from his seat. My instinct told me that it wasn’t accidental. So I alerted my colleagues to watch out for him,” said Amy, who also informed her immediate supervisor.
“We observed him closely and noticed that his elbow would protrude only when a stewardess walked past him. He didn’t do that to the stewards.”
When Amy’s supervisor asked her if she wanted to pursue the matter and make a police report, she chose not to.
She told The New Paper: “The level of tolerance is different for every stewardess. To some, a tap on the back or a touch onthe waist is considered molest.
“But others would only scream molest when it involves touching of the breasts or butts. My tolerance level is definitely higher.”
Amy’s experience is among alleged molests in airplanes that have gone unreported.
The police told TNP that a total of 1,396 cases of outrage of modesty, not limited to those that took place in airplanes, were reported to the police last year, and 707 cases reported up to June this year.
Assistance for victims
On Thursday, a school teacher from the United Arab Emirates was fined $10,000 on two counts of touching the buttocks of two 27-year-old stewardesses on Aug 19.
A third charge of him brushing his hand against a 23-year-old woman’s thigh was considered during sentencing.
Ahmad Abdulla Saleh Alyasi, 41, was on board an SIA flight from Dubai to Singapore with his wife and five children when he molested the three stewardesses.
He was arrested on arrival in Singapore.
Earlier this week, an Australian, Rajput Sandeep Singh, 30, apologised to a woman in open court for molesting her on board an SIA flight to Singapore from New Delhi on Aug 25.
The software developer was acquitted after paying the woman $2,000.
An SIA spokesman told TNP: “In the event that any suspected molest cases takes place on board our flights, we are always ready to assist our cabin crew members in filing a police report.
“Singapore Airlines cooperates fully in investigations by the police and all relevant authorities.
“Cases of passengers who display errant behaviour on board our flights are reviewed internally before an appropriate course of action is decided.
“The company may consider options including a warning, a temporary or permanent prohibition of flying on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights, as well as taking legal action.”
She added that SIA takes its employees’ safety and security very seriously and takes various measures to promote a safe and secure working environment for cabin crew members.
Speaking up
Amy said: “We are trained to speak up during such incidents and to report them to our superiors immediately.

Beware of flight passenger's straying hand

On Thursday, a school teacher from the United Arab Emirates was fined $10,000 on two counts of touching the buttocks of two 27-year-old stewardesses on Aug 19.

Earlier this week, an Australian, Rajput Sandeep Singh, 30, apologised to a woman in open court for molesting her on board an SIA flight to Singapore from New Delhi on Aug 25.
The software developer was acquitted after paying the woman $2,000.
